| Dr. Dorothy F. Hayes |

Dr. Hayes is a native Long Islander from Farmingville, Long Island. Dr. Hayes attended The Academy of St. Joseph high school in Brentwood from 1977 to 1981. She then obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Manhattan college in 1985. Dr. Hayes then went on to graduate from the Ivy League, University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine from 1985 to 1989.
After graduation, Dr. Hayes returned to Long Island and worked full-time at the Great Neck Animal Hospital from June 1989 until October 2000. During this time, she also worked part-time at the North Shore Animal League attending to the needs of puppies and kittens. Dr. Hayes also works at the Nassau Animal Emergency Clinic where she obtained extensive experience in emergency and critical care medicine. |

Dr. Lombardi grew up in New Jersey and attended the University of Pennsylvania for her undergraduate training. Dr. Lombardi went on to graduate from the Ivy League, University of Pennsylvania's School of Veterinary Medicine in 1988. She did an internship at the Oradell Animal Hospital from 1988 to 1989 and then moved to Long Island in 1989. Dr. Lombardi worked at the Great Neck Animal Hospital with Dr. Hayes for 4 years and has worked at the Nassau Animal Emergency Clinic for 10 years where she has received experience in emergency and critical care medicine. In October of 2000, she and Dr. Hayes opened The Corner Animal Hospital in Setauket, NY. Dr. Lombardi-Daniels resides in Smithtown with her husband and two children. |
